BOLINHOS DE AMOR

Ingredientes:

Açúcar 250 gr

Miolo de amêndoa 250 gr

Ovos 12



Põe-se o açúcar em ponto de pasta e junta-se a amêndoa já passada pela máquina e deixa-se arrefecer. Deitam-se as 12 gemas, leva-se ao lume até ter consistência, depois de arrefecer fazem-se bolinhos que vão a cozer em forno brando. Depois de frios barram-se com claras de ovo, levando-os novamente ao lume até secarem, aproximadamente 3 a 4 minutos.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar 250 gr

Chopped almonds 250 gr

Eggs 12



Boil the sugar until it gets to the cream point and add the already chopped almonds and let it cold. Add the 12 egg yolks, take in a pan to boil until it gets to the right texture, after cooling, make by hand cookie’s and let them cook in medium oven. After cold spread the egg whites over them and let them cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
