TORTA DE VIANA

Ingredientes:

Açúcar 125gr

Farinha 50 gr

Ovos 3

Fermento 2 colheres de chá

Margarina qb

Bate-se as gemas com o açúcar, o mais que puder. À parte bate-se as claras em castelo e mistura-se um pouco das claras nas gemas e a pouco e pouco a farinha. Depois mistura-se o resto das claras e deita-se num tabuleiro untado de margarina, coze e vai ao forno.

Coze rápido e barra-se com qualquer doce.

VIANA’S ROLL CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Sugar 125gr

Flour 50 gr

Eggs 3

Baking powder 2 dessert spoons

Margarine



Beat the egg yolks with the sugar as much as you can. Whisk the egg whites and add a little of the whisked egg whites to the egg yolks and, little by little, add the flour. Then add the rest of the whisked egg whites and pour the mixture into a greased (with the margarine) roll cake mold.

Bakes quickly and spread the roll cake with jelly or jam.
