Pescadinhas: 6 (inteiras)
Alho: 5 dentes
Limão: 1
Farinha: q.b.
Sal grosso: q.b.
Pimenta: a gosto
Óleo para fritar: q.b.
Preparação
Arranjar as pescadinhas (retirar a tripa, cortar as barbatanas e lavar), retirar os olhos (pois ao fritar saltam) e arrepiar (esfregar com sal no sentido contrário ao das escamas para que o peixe fique às lascas no fim de frito). Temperar com pimenta a gosto, alho picado e regar com sumo de limão, deixar a marinar.
Passar as pescadinhas por farinha, colocar o rabo na boca do peixe e premir com os dedos e fritar em óleo bem quente. Pode servir com salsa e acompanhar com arroz de tomate e salada verde.

Ingredients
Small hake: 6 (whole)
Garlic: 5 cloves
Lemon: 1
Flour: as much as is needed
Coarse Salt: as much as needed
Pepper: grated to taste
Frying oil: as much as needed
Preparation
Prepare the hakes (remove the casings, cut the fins and wash), remove the eyes and rub with coarse salt in the opposite direction of the scales. Season with ground pepper to taste, chopped garlic and sprinkle with lemon juice, let the hakes marinate.
Coat the fish with flour, place the fish tail on its mouth, and press, and then fry in hot oil. Serve with parsley. Goes well with tomato rice and green salad.
